The program, DnA Wellness, is a client-focused, live online program for individuals and couples. The customized eight-session program includes fitness sessions, guided meditations with coaching, recipes with healthy eating tips, and support throughout to ensure success. Daydree and Amy believe in starting right where the client is, creating a team environment where participants feel embraced on their journey, and creating accountability so that a truly transformational experience takes place.
