Prior to Hutton, Mr. Partridge served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Agree Realty Corporation, a NYSE-traded net lease real estate investment trust (“REIT”), and prior to Agree, he was Vice President of Finance for Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, a NYSE-traded lodging REIT.
